For convenience, we've included the option for yearly billing. You will only receive one bill, for the next 12 months of service. Yearly billing customers also enjoy a one month discount.

Initial Backup Configuration and Consultation:
A DataDoggies consultant will assist you in configuring your back up. With your permission, our consultant will remotely connect to your computer, install the software, make sure all of your important data is selected to get backed up and schedule your backup job to run at a time you prefer. Our consultant will also be available at that time to answer any questions you may have.
Restore Assistance:
In the event of a disaster or data loss, our consultants are available to help with the restore process. With this service, we remotely access your computer, reload the software and start restoring your data. Once your data is restored, we reconfigure your backup job and make sure it works properly.
